Please use the following link to download an Excel spreadsheet containing our Classer's Specification and DMFR declarations. The forms can be printed out and faxed back to us on +61 (0)8 9314 2439, or can be filled out on a computer and emailed to us at scanlanwool@iinet.net.au
Alternatively, the forms are available as graphics files - for those unable to open Excel spreadsheets - please print out and fill in by hand. Please note that there are two forms in this instance.
